Spent the weekend at Trent University where i played some more with my camera. I must say, I haven't been doing as much as I would like with it. But next weekend i'm going to a barn to help a friend with a photoshoot!! yay!

I watched Becoming Jane this past weekend. I LOVE JANE AUSTEN! I think every little girl that was exposed to Jane Austen LOVES Jane Austen. The movie was beautiful and poetic with several amazingly framed shots. I wish i could get the pictures of those shots but i can't seem to find them. Actually the very last scene in this trailer is one of those scenes...Fantastic cinematography!

...there's nothing as mystical and magical than a good'ol castle. The ballroom scene was shot at the Charleville Castle in Ireland. The castle is said to be haunted....scary!

I brought my baby home yesterday after work, her name is Canon XTi...
My purchase was not an impulse buy but it was made after thinking long and hard for half a year!
There was alot of going back and forth between Canon and Nikon but I finally decide. I walked into the store, talked to a rep and everything was going well. Then I panicked and walked out...I then called JLee who then calmed me down and I was able to walk back in and buy it. I'm incredibly happy with my purchase!
